I'm a mid-thirty something millennial woman, originally from India, working in Chicago right now. I started working when I was 20, and since then I have over 11 years of professional experience in India, US and Vietnam with non-profits, school districts, colleges, and corporate foundations. I've studied Economics and International Development, and am a certified Project Manager. The one thing that has held true across all these experiences is my curiosity and desire to learn. In 2021, I did two things I am immensely proud of:

I founded Build Up Bold, an interactive hub that uplifts women who are invested in themselves when the world around them isn’t listening; and I created the Spotlight Series, where I interview and profile the many impressive women I have met, through work, fellowships, and by sheer chance. I have strong interests in project management, especially within the public and development sector; gender and feminist issues and write about these as well as other practical and whimsical topics that interest me.
